Rent 400.00 for a one bedroom small apartment which needs alot of work, utilities are 150.00 a month and I can only heat one room from and electric base board heater, so I normally go without heat, food 180.00, health care (can't afford it) Gasoline 40.00 monthly, medication is 15.00 for a 3 month supply, recreation is 0.00 (can't afford to go out) I am a college student who is 47 years old.
