Default Sterling, VA

Mortgage (paid off) was about US$ 1800/month

Utilities for an all-electric home, from US$ 110 lowest spring/fall months, US$ 300 summer A?C months, to US$ 442 severe winter heating months. Water & sewer minimum US$ 70/month, typical US$ 100.

Can't give particularly useful food costs - but these are not hard to find elsewhere.

Likewise healthcare - expensive in the USA, but only if you actually need any.

Recreation - Loudoun and adjacent counties have several parks and golf courses with free or low-cost reciprocal sharing arrangements. The main barrier to recreation in the USA is that folks tend to work longer hours than most of the rest of the developed world, PLUS spend more time sitting in commuter grid-lock to-and-from.
