Rent 1000 GBP per month

Utilities 100 GBP per month

Food 300 GBP per month

Healthcare FREE

Dozen Eggs between 0.50 and 2.00 GBP depending on free range or organic etc

Public transport is not very good with no inner city Trams, Trains or Subway. Only buses but they tend to go through the not very nice areas!
