rent: £500 per month for a two bed room shared flat/house near city centre.

Food: £20-30 for a two-course meal in an average restaurant. Eating in is usually cheaper. If we eat in or cook at home, it will be just about £200-300 per month (without alcohol).

Utilities: £70 per month for water, electricity and gas for a two bedroom place.

On quality side, the air is cleaner than in other parts of the country and it is a good location to retire/relax.
