Electricity: US$500 (a/c on most of the time)

Water: US$30

Grocery Costs: US$1000 (per single family of 4)

Eating Out: Wide range from US$1.50/dish (street food), US$5-20/dish (ave. restaurant), and more for specialty cuisines and dishes

Health Insurance: US$700/year/person

Education Thai private school: US$2000/year; Boarding school: US$4000/year

Education Int'l school: US$10000 - 30000/year; Additional US$20000+/year

Gas: Similar to the US

Automobile: 3 times of US auto prices, i.e., US$40000 for a Honda Accord, US$75000 for a C Class Mercedez

Sales Tax: 7% VAT
