utilities (gas, water, sewer, waste removal, electricity): $250
food: 2 adults, rarely eat out, $250
transportation: (household total for insurance, fuel, maint.) $200

TAXES: property: $700/yr; sales tax (city and state) 9.25%; Income tax 0%
