Cape town is one of the beauties city in South Africa so it is the heart of education for S. Africa, also have the play big stadium like Lahore Sports play stadium, and educational institutions.

I live in Sea Point Cape in a middle class area which is very central near the promonade (very popular) and various recreational activities (Green Point Sport staduim, golf club, gym, public swimming pool) and public transport. Rent on Apartment in Sea Point - R 5500 pm (Euro 550). Unfurnished, new apartment - 1 bedroom with parking.

Utilities - electricity R 200 pm ; Euro 20 (Prepaid electricity)

Food cost - R 2000 ; Euro 200 : I cook for one and my diet includes meat on a regular basis and other luxury items. I buy fresh fruit and veg on a weekly basis.

Health Insurance R 1 000 (Euro 100) - Compulsory at my employer.

I have a domestic worker who I pay wages of R160 per day (Euro 16)

mortgage 10000 rand for a roomy 3 bedroom house

electricity 1200 rand

water, property tax 950 rand

transport, I drive a Renault clio 3, 2800 rand a month

vehicle insurance 500 rand a month

petrol 500 rand a month, travelling 20km a day

food 4000 rand a month

movie 100 rand for 2 people

eat out 400-500 rand for 2 people

private medical aid 3000 rand a month

I live in a 1 bedroom apartment in Rondebosch, Southern Suburbs with my wife.

Bond (R540 000): R5200 per month
Home Insurance: R150 per month
Car (Polo Vivo 1.4T, 2010 model, new): R3200 per month
Car Insurance: R650 per month
Petrol: R1500 per month
Cell phone (3 numbers, 2 HTC Desire HDs on contract, 1x 3G card 1GB data): R2400 per month
Food costs, 2 people, including eating out: R4000 per month
Electricity: R300 per month
Rates&Levies&Taxes: R1000 per month
Health Insurance: R2000 (1 dependant)
Clothing account: R350 per month
Guiness at a bar: R25
Fillet steak at a fancy restaurant: R150-R200
Pizza: R60-R100
Good burger (not McDs): R60-R70
