Default Kathu, Northen Cape, South Africa
Mortgage = R 7000 for 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house (380 m2 on 2100m2 plot) in good part of town.

Utilities = R 2500 for water, electricity, land taxes

Food costs = R5000 for 5 people (but we like to eat good )

Health Care costs = R3500 for medical aid insurance.

Education= R500 for 2 primary school boys
