Utilities: water is included in the rent, electricity about 100-200.- Rands per month

Transportation: we gave up the car (quite expensive) and use one scooter each, that is about 100.- fuel per person / month

Food: 1500.- Rands/ month (per person) for an average diet. This is without eating out, which costs us roughly 150.- for two person for a meal in a restaurant.
