Default Gardo, Punt land, Somalia

Gardo is about 240KM from the the commercial city of Bosaso, which is located at the bank of the red sea, it is very much populated in the summer time and less populated in the other three seasons,
therefore, the leasing rate of the houses is proportional to the population density, the rent of four or five room-flat in the summer is estimated to be $200, where in the the rest of the seosons it may be $120.

in terms of the utilities especially the electricity, ( 1KW=$5)a bag of sugar is approximately $40, and the bag of rice is $30, and bag of flour is approximately $30.

According to the Health care costs, since there is no effective government in Somalia, the vast majority of the Health centers belong to the private sector, a visit for one persn costs $3.

For recreation, in our country the recreation facilities are just excercised by the young generation and thus does not cost much.
