council tax, £250 per month

electricity, £60 p.c.m

heating oil, £120 p.c.m

grocery bill, £60 per week

commuting costs, £120 per month

pint of beer, £2.80

loaf of bread, £1.20

phone bills, £40 per month

car insurance, £600 per year

2-course pub dinner for two people, £60

cinema tickets, £7.50 each

Costs are for a couple.
