I am looking for someone to compare the cost of living between Riaydh - Saudi Arabia and Muscat in the Sultanate of Oman.
All the little things eg: cost of bread, coffee, a basket of groceries,as well as the cost of getting around.

Riyadh i am unable to drive myself( a lady), but realise that this is possible in Muscat.

The other questions if if there is public transport and so on.
What is the electrical voltage?
Cost of a mobile?

I would appreciate assistance if at all possible.
