My beatifull island is a pardise because of the climate.The lowest temperature can be around 55 in the center part of the island were are mountains.But electric bill can be high in metro areas using only one air conditioner in one room just in the nights on summers.Can be $130-$160 per month.More if you have electric range.
Water bill is'nt cheap,around $50-$70 for 2 persons in one house.
On this day groceries are high,but you can buy lot of fresh vegetables and meat at local farmers markets.
