Default Mountville, PA, USA(Lancaster suburb)

Mortgage=950 (4bdrm, 3bth),

groceries(fam. of five)=400-450/mth,

restaurants10-20/person.

Overall there is a fairly low cost of living here, especially since it is an hour and a half to Baltimore, Philly, two to DC, two -three to NYC and two and a half to three to the shore. Downtown is trying to be revitalized but there is no real water to speak of around except for the Susquahanna river(YUCK). Very little outdoor things to do but a pleasant conservative area for families.
