anything cheap? well, water is as yet untaxed, free and plentiful, bet they're working on it though. because honestly, fish breederies pay per liter in fish' lifetime water usage. also there's no tax for oxygen consumption. rofl
sorry, forgot to mention my income is usd 1500 per mo. that's relevant. and one good point, although my salary keeps me rooted, the good thing is WHEREEVER I travel,its pleasantly cheap there
