Sena (Shizuoka City Suburb) Shizuoka Prefecture Japan

Rent: ¥100,000/MO ($1242 at 80.575 exchange rate) 3 bed 1 bath

Electric/Water/Gas: ¥25,000/MO ($310)

Gasoline: ¥7,800/MO ($97) 57 mile round trip to work 6 times per month in 1300 CC Nissan Cube car ($7.14/GAL)

Food: ¥34,000/MO ($422) no eating out, only shop at grocery stores on discount days

School: ¥49,000/MO ($608) 10 months each year (Japanese local school, not International School)

Swimming school: ¥7,400 ($92)
