Costs of living in Baghdad, IRAQ


Rent: $250 - $500

Utilities: $200

Food: $200

Cell Phone Avg $ 30

Electric avg - $50

Gas avg - $30

Food avg 3people - $400/mo

rent: 300-400$ (1 bedroom, 1 sitting room, kitchen and bath)

food: 200$ for two persons (married)

transportation: 100$ for gasoline and maintenance, I have a car.

electricity: 50$ for 5 Amp (private generator)

other expenses: 100$ for internet, mobile, etc...

& this is not a comfortable life style.

Rent , 600USD, power: cheap but not regular, water, very cheap, food costs depands on the location but in general expensive, health care is very bad, no recreation but in Kurdistan, egge cartoon( 30 eggs) with $4
gas tube $6, 1L milk, $1, tomato 1k 0.50 cents, no public transporation only few "coasters" hovering the capital
