Smile Student in stuttgart

Hi
Im coming to stuttgart for studying at university of stuttgart
The university says the cost of living would be 700€ per month including 300€ rent of room
Do u think that 400€ for living in stuttgart is enough excluding rent of room?
Can i easily find a job there?!
Thanks
