Shekou, China

Villa rent: 4000 US$/mth (dec 08) Electric: 400 US$/mth, apartments are a lot cheaper from 300US$ up.

Food quite expensive as there are quite a few expats in the area, a Ribeye is 18 US$, outside the little "expat" square a beer drops from 4US$ to 1, chinese food drops from 50US$ for three persons to 15 US$
