Rent cny 20 000 for a 3 bdroom appartment in a compound

utilities cny 2000 - 4000 per month (gas water, phone internet )
transportation cny 1500 per month ( taxi exclusively) average per course 35 cny

apartment for living 1500-3000 yuan per month for rent

health care cost: 150-350yuan at average for Outpatient service
