Rent, 3 bedroom duplex with yard and garage $1200 monthly plus utilities.

Monthly Utilities Electric $40, phone $50, Internet $50. Satellite $50. Water & Sewer $35.00 Heat (gas ) $200 equalized billing year round.

Food family of 4 $600 - $800 monthly

Gas for car $100 monthly, but walking to work.
