I pay $ 600 for a room in a house I share with 3 roommates. It is not even 2 miles from the beach, has a community pool and hot tub and is in a very nice neighborhood. Utilities are about $ 100. I don't pay too much for food, probably not even $ 300. I have a car for which I pay $ 57 on insurance and about $60-80 on gas.
