The Pula has fallen significantly against the dollar in the past year, so the above are based on the current exchange rate. Prices tend to go up with a drop in the pula value. Overall the cost of living in Gaborone is low, higher than Kampala, where we lived before. There is not much to do here, so budget for travel.
