health care is government funded - private medical cover optional, we pay $160/month for hospital cover for 5 people.

could you please let us know the additional costs for your house p/w or p/m i.e.: electricity, water, garbage, pool maintenance etc., as we are looking for a house abaout your size and in a good area with pool.
